Morgan Stanley files plans for $6.4M single-floor rehab in Times Square
Morgan Stanley, on May 26, filed plans for a $6.4M rehab at their headquarters building at 1585 Broadway in Times Square, Manhattan.
Last November, Morgan Stanley filed two plans for $25.7 million in rehab work at the building.
The plans call for work on the 10th floor of the 685-foot-tall, 42-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00693757.
The project is described in the filing as: interior renovation as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, occupancy or egress.
The architect listed is Gensler.
