Joel Werczberger files plans for 20-unit mixed-use building in Bed-Stuy

Joel Werczberger, on May 27, filed a permit application for construction of a 20-unit, 19,288-square-foot mixed-use building at 676 Myrtle Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant, Brooklyn.

There have been 47 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 65-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00731678.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 50 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new six stories with cellar mixed-use residential/commercial building – 20 Class A dwelling units with an accessory off-street storage for 10 bicycles in the cellar, retail at first floor with an accessory storage in the cellar.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and retail space. Floors two through six will each have four dwelling units per floor. The roof will have recreation space.
