Oxford, Canadian fund files plans for $17.5M single-floor rehab at Google campus in Soho

Oxford Properties Group and the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board, on June 21, filed plans for a $17.5 million rehabilitation of one floor at St. John’s Terminal building at 550 Washington Street in Soho, Manhattan.

The building is being redeveloped as part of Google’s Hudson Square campus. The developers recently filed plans for $33.7 million of work connected to the project.

The plans call for work on the third floor of the 232-foot tall, 12-story building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number M00514738.

The project is described in the filing as: General construction modifications taking place on the third floor as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy.

According to the plans, the third floor has a kitchen, cafe, and meeting rooms.

Gensler is listed as the architect.
