Cun Chen through the entity 811 Tower LLC, on June 21, filed a permit application for the demolition of a building at 817 45th Street in Kensington, Brooklyn.

The property was acquired for $2.3 million two months ago, on April 16, 2021.

The plans call for the demolition of a two-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: full demolition of two-story residential building.

No new building plans have been filed yet at the address in either BIS or DOB Now.
