Oxford, Canadian fund file plans for $6.7M project at Google campus in Soho
Oxford Properties Group and the Canadian Pension Plan Investment Board, on September 10, filed plans for $6.7 million of work on one floor at 550 Washington Street in Soho, Manhattan.
The plans are part of the redevelopment of St. John’s Terminal as part of Google’s Hudson Square campus.
The developer recently filed seven plans for a total of $37.8 million of work at the building.
So far this year there have been plans filed for a total of over $235 million at the building, according to a PincusCo analysis.
The plans call for work on the 11th floor of the 232-foot-tall, 12-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00570602.
The project is described in the filing as: General construction modifications taking place on the 11th floor as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy.
The architect listed is Gensler.
