An anonymous buyer through the entity One57 67A Property LLC paid One 57 67A, LLC, an affiliate of Pacific Airlines with the signatory Dongjiang Li, $17.2 million for condo unit 67A at One57 at 157 West 57th Street in Midtown West. The deal closed on July 24, 2020, and was recorded on July 27, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class residential condo in Acris (SC). The property is 4,483 square feet. The parcel(s) have total development potential of 4,483 square feet.
The average sale price per square foot is $3,841.

Pacific American Corp. is an affiliate of the China company HNA Group. The unit 67A sold for 43 percent or $12.8 million below the 2015 price. The seller acquired the unit on March 16, 2015, for $30,042,375, and borrowed $30.3 million from China CITIC Bank. Those loans were both terminated at the time of the new sale. The state’s Real Property Transfer Report was not included in the transfer documents, so the contract date is not available.
