Vornado sells 220 Central Park South penthouse for $99.9M

An anonymous buyer through the entity 76CPS LP paid Vornado Realty Trust’s VNO 225 West 58th Street LLC $99.9 million for condo unit PH 76 at 220 Central Park South in Central Park South. The deal closed on July 23, 2020, and was recorded on July 27, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class residential condo in Acris (SC).

The contract date was May 15, 2017. Vornado has recorded several high profile sales recently.
