Marsal Maintenance Corp. files plans for 27-unit mixed-use building in Staten Island

Denis Valteri’s Marsal Maintenance Corp., on April 26, filed a permit application for construction of a 27-unit, 32,895-square-foot mixed-use building at 197 Canal Street in Staten Island.

The plans call for the construction of a 50-foot tall, five-story building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number S00499838. The building will occupy two tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: five-story mixed-use and 27 units residential and ground floor store.

The ground floor of the building will have retail space, per the plans. Floors two through four will each have seven dwelling units, while the fifth floor will have six dwelling units.

Ryan Design Architecture is listed as the architect.
