Vornado Realty Trust, on September 21, formally completed a $2.9 million build-out for Financial Technology Partners at 90 Park Avenue in the Garment District.

John Giuseffi was the architect, per the plans.

Financial Technology Partners, a San Francisco-based investment bank, signed a lease for the entire 26,322-square-foot 16th floor back in June of 2019.

Fisher Brothers, on September 21, formally completed a $2.4 million rehab of one floor at 299 Park Avenue in Plaza District.

The plans, pre-filed on June 17, 2019, call for a rehab of the 24th floor of the 574-foot tall, 42-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: removal and installation of interior non bearing partitions and related finishes as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $2,430,000.

The architect was TPG Architecture, LLP.

The developer recently completed a $2.7 million rehab of the 38th floor of the building.

The plans call for a renovation of the facade of the 667-foot tall, 52-story, building.
