Vornado Realty Trust, on October 27, formally completed a $12.8 million fit-out of seven floors at 61 Ninth Avenue in Chelsea. The digital brand management firm Yext leased the entire office portion of the building in 2019, according to The Real Deal.
The plans, pre-filed on November 27, 2019, call for a fit-out of floors three through nine of the 135-foot tall, 10-story, building.

Aurora Capital Associates was part of the development team on the 170,000-square-foot building which was designed by Rafael Vinoly Architects.

The plans call for a rehab of the lobby of the 749-foot tall, 44-story, building.
