Related Companies, on October 22, formally completed two build-out projects totaling $33 million at its office and retail building known as 30 Hudson Yards at 500 West 33rd Street, in Hudson Yards.
The first plans, pre-filed on August 7, 2019, call for a work on floors 22, 58, 59, and 61 of the 1,269-foot tall, 68-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: removal and installation of interior non load bearing partitions on 22nd, 58th, 59th and 61st floors as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $18 million.

The second plans, pre-filed on the same day, call for work at the cellar, ground floor, and floors 55 through 57 of the building.
The project is described in the filings as: removal and installation of interior non load-bearing partitions in cellar, first, 55th, 56th, and 57th floors as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $15 million.
HLW International LLP was listed as the architect for both projects.
The developer recently filed plans for a $13.1 million rehab of several floors of the building.

RXR Realty, on October 22, filed a permit application for a $13.4 million exterior rehab of The Adams Express Building at 61 Broadway in the Financial District.
The plans call for a rehab of the roof and facade of the 320-foot tall, 32-story, building.

Vornado Realty Trust, on October 22, formally completed a $3.8 million build-out of several floors of a building, known as PENN 11, for its tenant, the content producer AMC Networks at 11 Pennsylvania Plaza in Penn Plaza.
The plans call for a build-out of floors 16 through 18 of the 358-foot tall, 26-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: minor demolition and architectural work on the 16th, 17th, and 18th floor (AMC) as indicated on drawings. No change in use egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $3,800,000.00.
AMC leases roughly 330,000-square-feet of the building, after it expanded its space by 40,000-square-feet in late 2014.
