Three separate Brooklyn developments, totaling 91,862-square-feet, received their initial temporary certificates of occupancy. Two were issued on October 22 and one was issued the following day on October 23.
Storage Deluxe, on October, 22 was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 53,998-square-foot storage building at 1158 McDonald Avenue in Kensington.
The plans, pre-filed on September 27, 2017, call for the construction of a 58-foot tall, five-story building. The time from pre-file to TCO was three years and one month.
The project is described in the filings as: erect five-story new building with sub-cellar and cellar.
The sub-cellar and cellar of the building have storage space, according to the plans. The ground floor has storage space, office space, and a lobby. Floors two through five are used exclusively for storage space. The building also have two parking spaces and three loading berths.
Butz Wilbern Ltd. is listed as the architect.

Jason Moore, on October 22, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 20-unit, 20,428-square-foot residential building at 577 Third Avenue in Gowanus.
The plans, pre-filed on October 9, 2015, call for the construction of a 70-foot tall, seven-story residential building. The time from pre-file to TCO was five years.
The project is described in the filings as: application filed for the construction of a seven-story new building.
The ground floor has three dwelling units and a lobby, per the plans. Floors two through six also each have three dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor has two dwelling units.
The building, designed by Christopher Teeter, also has recreational space on the roof and 10 outside parking spaces.

Simon Kaufman of YS Realty, on October 23, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of a 26-unit, 17,436-square-foot residential building at 144 Bleecker Street in Bushwick.
The plans, pre-filed on March 7, 2019, call for the construction of a 52-foot tall, four-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed four-story and penthouse residential building, total of 26 dwelling units.
According to the plans, the cellar of the building has laundry amenities and storage space. The ground floor has three dwelling units and a recreation room. Floors two and three each have seven dwelling units. The fourth floor has three dwelling units as well as the lower levels of six duplex units, the upper halves of which are located on the penthouse level.
The building, designed by Diego Aguilera Architects, has a total of 13 parking spaces.
The property was acquired for $3.4 million on August 07, 2018.
