NYU files plans for a $6M rehab of Warren Weaver Hall in WV

New York University, on September 17, filed plans for a $6 million project to replace the boiler in the Warren Weaver Hall at 251 Mercer Street in the West Village, Manhattan.

The 14-story building, originally completed in the 1960s, houses mathematics and computer science facilities.

The plans call for work on the cellar and ground floor of the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00583290.

The project is described in the filing as: Filing herewith mechanical work pertaining to boiler replacement. No change in use, egress or occupancy.
