NYU files plans for $6.6M rehab in Murray Hill
New York University Langone Health, on October 22, filed plans for a $6.6 million rehabilitation of several floors of a building at 333 East 38th Street in Murray Hill, Manhattan.
The building is known as the NYU Langone Orthopedic Center.
The plans call for work on floors two through 12, and the 13th floor penthouse of the 140-foot-tall building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00570585.
The project is described in the filing as: NYU Orthopedic Center- Early Demo – interior demolition modifications according to plans filed herewith. No change to use, egress or occupancy.
The architect listed is Perkins Eastman.
