NYC School Construction Authority files plans for $1M ground-floor rehab of Queens school
NYC School Construction Authority, on June 26, filed a permit application for a $1.043 million renovation of one floor of the school building housing P.S. 85, the Judge Charles Vallone school at 23-70 31st Street in Astoria, Queens.
The plans call for a rehab of the ground floor of the 15-foot tall, 1-story, building.
The project is described in the filings as: herewith filing to permanently remove and discard all existing temporary classroom units as shown on drawings filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy.
