Silverstein Properties files plans for $1M single-floor rehab at the Equitable Life Building

Silverstein Properties, on June 26, filed a permit application for a $1 million renovation of one floor at the Equitable Life Building at 120 Broadway in the Financial District.

The plans call for a rehab of the 12th floor of the 542-foot tall, 41-story, office building.

The project is described in the filings as: demolition and architectural changes (whitebox) on the 12th floor as indicated on drawings.

Archetype Consultants Inc is the architect listed.

Silverstein has actively be renovating the building, for example on June 19th they filed plans for a $4.58 million rehab of two floors. In the first six months of 2020 they have filed plans for a total of six A2 projects as well as one A1 project.

In July of 2019, Silverstein completed a $50 million renovation of the building.
