NYC School Construction Authority files plans for 50K sf school in Bayside

NYC School Construction Authority, on April 15, filed a permit application for construction of a 50,567-square-foot school building at 34-06 214th Lane in Bayside, Queens.

The plans call for the construction of a 48-foot tall, 3-story, 50,567-square-foot building.

The project is described in the filings as: P.S. 041-Q proposed new 3-story school building.
