NYCHA permitted for $10M exterior rehab of 221-unit building in Tremont

NYC Housing Authority, on August 13, was given a permit for a $10 million rehabilitation of a residential building’s exterior at 2070 Clinton Avenue at Twins Park East in Tremont.

The plans, pre-filed on September 27, 2019, call for a rehab of the exterior of the 128-foot tall, 14-story, building, with 221 residential units.

The project is described in the filings as: Twin Parks East (site 9), exterior restoration and balcony railing replacement as per the plans filed. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $10,000,000.

Superstructures Engineers + Architects is the architect listed.

No plans have been filed at the building since September of 2019.
