The New York City Housing Authority, on August 7, formally completed two rehabilitation projects of residential buildings in Mott Haven, the Bronx.
The first plans, pre-filed on October 2, 2018, call for a rehab of a 40-foot tall, four-story, residential building at 505 East 144th Street in Mott Haven.
The project is described in the filings as: application filed for minor alterations to apartments including cabinet and door replacements, lobby finishes, plumbing fixture replacement, exhaust replacements, window replacement, recover roof and new landscaping. No change in use, egress, or occupancy. Installation of boiler as shown on plans filed herewith The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $4.7 million.
