NYC finishes the demolition of building in Bed-Stuy, ahead of 134K sf development
The City of New York’s Department of Sanitation, on September 28, completed the demolition of a 26,400-square-foot building at 559 Park Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant.
The plans, pre-filed on August 20, 2019, call for the demolition of a two-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: proposed demolition of two-story building. All as per plans filed herewith.
The demolition was completed to make way for a 134,252-square-foot commercial building, the plans were pre-filed on May 14, 2018. The development will include offices, locker rooms, file archives, training rooms, and a setup for vehicle repair and heavy vehicle storage.
