NYC files plans for 24-unit resi building in East New York
NYC Department of Housing Preservation and Development, on December 14, filed a permit application for construction of a 24-unit, 16,891-square-foot residential building at 306 Pennsylvania Avenue in East New York.
The plans call for the construction of a 65-foot tall, seven-story residential building.
The project is described in the filings as: new building, seven stories with cellar residential apartment building, affordable, independent residences for seniors. Other work types to be filed separately.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have laundry and a lobby. Floors two through seven each will have four dwelling units per floor.
PM Architecture is listed as the architect.
The HPD received a permit on December 4 for the construction of a 52-unit, 45,578-square-foot mixed-use building at 740 Brook Avenue in Morrisania. Phipps Houses is the developer of the project.
