NY Developers and Management files plans for 110-unit affordable building in Gravesend
NY Developers and Management, on April 27, filed a permit application for construction of a 110-unit, 63,315-square-foot affordable residential building at 2224 Cropsey Avenue in Gravesend, Brooklyn. Jay Zeldes, director of operations at NY Developers and Management, filed the plans.

The project is described in the filings as: construct new 11-story building with the Affordable Independent Residences for Seniors housing program, per plans filed. Per the plans, floors one through eight will each have 10 dwelling units per floor. Floors nine through 11 will each have nine dwelling units per floor. The units will be affordable independent residences for seniors.
Kutnicki Bernstein Architects is listed as the architect.
Demolition plans have not been filed and the lot is currently vacant.
An estimated completion date has not been announced.
The property was acquired with six other properties for $30.1 million on December 31, 2014.
