NY Asphalt files plans for 14K Staten Island office

NY Asphalt, on January 25, filed a permit application for construction of a 14,330-square-foot office building at 500 Industrial Loop in Staten Island. Joseph Giannetti, COO at NY Asphalt Inc., filed the plans.

The plans call for the construction of a 30-foot tall, two-story office building.

The project is described in the filings as: new building application is filed for BSA denial processing only proposed building which does not front on a legally mapped street is contrary to article III, section 36 of the general city law.

The ground floor of the building will have office and warehouse space, while the second floor will have office space, per the plans.

Rogers Calvanico Group is listed as the architect.

No demolition plans have been filed yet.
