City files plans for $6M rehab of Brooklyn charter school
The New York City School Construction Authority, on January 25, filed a permit application for a $6 million rehabilitation of the Community Partnership Charter School at 241 Emerson Place in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn. Charleston Albert filed the plans.
The plans call for a rehab of the 36-foot tall, three-story building.
The project is described in the filings as: K270 roof and parapet replacement. Replace exterior masonry at select locations and repoint. Replacement of select window guards. Replace sealant on exterior doors, windows and louvers. Plaster, repair and paint where necessary. Door replacement. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $6,000,000.
