Notias Construction, Inc. finishes $3.1M multi-floor rehab of resi building in Highbridge

Notias Construction, Inc., on January 14, formally completed a $3.1 million rehabilitation of a residential building at 1815 Davidson Avenue in Highbridge, the Bronx. The plans were filed by Pierre Downing, who currently works as the VP of affordable housing at Monadnock Development

The Mount Hope Housing Company owns the building.

The plans, pre-filed on December 15, 2017, call for a rehab of the cellar, roof, and all six floors of the 60-foot tall, six-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: renovate building as follows: exterior masonry repairs, new entry vest. Doors, replace apartment entry doors, replace kitchen cabinets, flooring, plumbing fixtures, drywall repair, interior doors, new windows and trim, coping, repair parapet and new roofing system over existing roofing system. Also, site work as per plan. No change in use, egress or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $3,142,844.
