Nightingale Properties finishes $8M renovation in Nolita

Nightingale Properties, on April 8, completed a $7.8 million renovation of an office building at 300 Lafayette Street in Nolita.

The plans, pre-filed on June 28, 2019, call for a renovation on floors three through five, and floor seven of the 123-foot tall, 7-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: general construction to include construction of new partitions and finishes in commercial space as shown. No change in use, egress, or occupancy. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $7,754,408.
