HFB finishes a $1M enlargement of office building in Clinton Hill

Abraham Brach’s HFB, on April 8, completed a $1.2 million change in use of an office building at 92 Emerson Place in Clinton Hill.

The plans, pre-filed on September 25, 2015, call for the increase in the size of the building, from one-story to a 4-story, 50-foot tall, building.

The project is described in the filings as: application filed for conversion of existing light manufacture machine shop to professional office space, and proposed enlargement from one story to four stories and added new cellar floor. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $1,167,000.

According to the plans, there will be professional office spaces on floors one to four of the building. Additionally, the third and fourth floors will have community facilities. There will also be a swimming pool located on the roof of the newly renovated building.
