Former 8-unit property can be occupied following $1M conversion to single-family in Brooklyn Heights

William Caleo, on April 7, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for a $1.1 million change in use of a building at 81 Pierrepont Street in Brooklyn Heights. The building was converted from an eight-unit building to a single-family building.

The plans called for no change in size but a change in use of the 52-foot tall, 5-story, building.

The project is described in the filings as: renovation of existing five-story building. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $1,062,000.
