Nicotra Group receives TCO for 88K sf garage for new 328K office in Staten Island
Richard Nicotra’s Nicotra Group, on December 8, was issued a temporary certificate of occupancy for construction of an 88,136-square-foot garage at 1441 Garage South Avenue in Staten Island.
The garage will be used for parking for the firms 328,319-square-foot office building at the site, which is yet to receive an initial TCO.
The plans, pre-filed on February 20, 2018, call for the construction of a 33-foot tall, three-story, 88,136-square-foot structure. The time from pre-file to TCO was two years and 10 months.
The project is described in the filings as: open parking garage accessory to new office building. BSA approval for rooftop parking.
The ground level of the garage has 105 parking space, along with an additional 18 handicap spaces and four handicap van spaces, according to the filing. The second level has 153 spaces, while the third level has 135.
Desman Design Management was responsible for the design.
