Nicholas Manetta files plans for 12-unit resi building with retail in Greenpoint

Nicholas Manetta, on November 16, filed a permit application for construction of a 12-unit, 12,758-square-foot mixed-use building at 50 Commercial Street in Greenpoint, Brooklyn.

The job is estimated to cost $5,314,000.

The plans are one of 16 new building plans to be filed in the neighborhood over the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 55-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00596151. The development site spans three tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new four-story mixed-use building with 12 dwelling units and commercial space on the first floor.

the building will have retail space and floors two through four will each have four dwelling units per floor.
