Luo Jie Chen files plans for 25-unit resi building in Rego Park

Luo Jie Chen, on November 16, filed a permit application for construction of a 25-unit, 20,800-square-foot residential building at 97-46 64th Avenue in Rego Park, Queens.

The plans are one of six new building plans filed in Rego Park in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 73-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number Q00613315. The development site spans one tax lot.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a daycare and residential lobby. The second floor will have five dwelling units, floors three through six will each have four dwelling units per floor, while the seventh floor will have three dwelling units.

The property was acquired for $1.5 million on March 23, 2021.
