NewYork-Presbyterian finishes $10M multi-floor fit-out in Flushing

NewYork-Presbyterian, on April 20, formally completed a $10 million fit-out of two floors at their Queens hospital building at 56-45 Main Street in Flushing.

The plans, pre-filed on October 12, 2018, call for a renovation of the 156-foot tall, eight-story building.

The project is described in the filings as: herewith filing for interior fit-out work at floors six and seven of the west wing building in conjunction with Alt 1, no-work. No change to use, egress, or occupancy classification. The initial cost as reported in the DOB filing for the work described in this permit application is $10,000,000.

Ewing Cole was the architect.
