Neriya Borukhov files plans for 37-unit mixed-use building in Forest Hills

Neriya Borukhov through the company Herkimer Ventures, LLC, on May 18, filed a permit application for construction of a 37-unit 31,006-square-foot mixed-use building at 105-31 65th Road in Forest Hills, Queens.

The developer filed similar plans in 2019, which were ultimately disapproved.

The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot tall, eight-story building, and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under number Q00497139. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: filing eight-story mixed-use building with community facility and 37 dwelling units.

According to the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a healthcare facility space, lobby, and educational facility space. The second floor will have healthcare facility space and recreation space. Floors three through seven will each have seven dwelling units per floor, while the eighth floor will have two dwelling units.

Angelo Ng & Anthony Ng Architects is listed as the architect.

The estimated job cost is $2.1 million.

The property was acquired for $1.1 million on June 2, 2017.
