Nehalkumar Gandhi permitted for 79-key hotel Crown Heights

Nehalkumar Gandhi, on March 24, was given a permit for construction of a 79-key, 23,974-square-foot hotel building at 169 Empire Boulevard in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.

The plans, pre-filed on April 15, 2020, call for the construction of a 60-foot tall, five-story hotel.

The project are described in the filing as: proposed five-story hotel.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a hotel lobby and 11 rooms. Floors three and four will each have 16 rooms per floor. The fifth floor will have 12 rooms and a terrace.

The property was acquired for $6 million on July 30, 2019.
