Epos Development permitted for 30-unit resi building in Flushing, four years after plans were filed
Epos Development, on March 24, was given a permit for construction of a 30-unit, 27,850-square-foot residential building at 144-16 38th Avenue in Flushing, Queens. Mike Cheng, co-founder of Epos, filed the plans.
The plans, pre-filed on October 30, 2017, call for the construction of a 55-foot tall, six-story residential building.

The project is described in the filings as: proposed six-story residential building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and child care space. The second floor will have six dwelling units, terraces, and recreation space. Floors three through six will each have six dwelling units per floor, the sixth floor will have terraces.
The property was acquired for $4.7 million on September 15, 2017.
