Jachal, LLC paid Naftali Group’s 277 West 10 Owner, L.P. $19 million for condo unit PHB at the Shephard, at 275 West 10th Street in West Village. The deal closed on June 25, 2020, and was recorded on July 7, 2020. The transaction consists of 1 parcel, including the tax class residential condo in Acris (SC).
