Zelig Weiss through the entity Flushing & Little Nassau LLC as borrower signed a loan agreement with lender Be-Aviv 380 Flushing Lender LLC valued at $20 million for 2 parcels, including the tax class zoned primarily residential, except not Manhattan below 110th Street (V3) at 376 Flushing Avenue, 378 Flushing Avenue in Bedford-Stuyvesant. The deal closed on June 11, 2020 and was recorded on July 7, 2020.
