Mount Sinai files plans for $8.8M project in Carnegie Hill

Mount Sinai Health System, on October 12, filed plans for an $8.8 million million project described as mechanical modifications at 3 East 101st Street in Carnegie Hill, Manhattan. The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai is located at that address.

Last month Mount Sinai filed plans for a $23.2 million project and a $9.8 million project at the building.

The plans call for work on floors one through 13 of the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00508777.

The project is described in the filing as: mechanical modifications as per submitted plans.
