James Juliano files plans for 10-unit resi building in East Williamsburg

James Juliano through the entity Brooklyn Boyz Developers II, LLC, on August 26, filed a permit application for construction of a 10-unit, 8,623-square-foot residential building at 760 Metropolitan Avenue in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

These have been several significant plans filed in the neighborhood so far this year. There have been seven plans filed for buildings with more residential units, the largest of which, filed by Rabsky Group, called for 120 dwelling units at 11 Gerry Street.

The Juliano plans call for the construction of a 65-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00575016. The development site spans one tax lot.

The project is described in the filing as: erect a new building to house 10 class ‘A’ dwelling units.

According to the plans, floors one through four will each have two dwelling units per floor, while floors five and six will each have one. The units on floors five and six will both have private roof terraces. The main roof will have a public terrace.

The architect listed is New York Design Architects, LLP.

The property was acquired for $3 million on December 31, 2020.
