Moshe Zlicha files plans for 20-unit resi building in Kingsbridge
Moshe Zlicha, on April 11, filed a permit application for construction of a 20-unit, 21,300-square-foot building at 3057 Sedgwick Avenue in Kingsbridge, Bronx.
There have been eight new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 68-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00712816.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 50 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: erection of new six-story building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby. Floors two through six will each have four dwelling units per floor.
The property was acquired for $1.1 million on August 19, 2021.
