Moshe Steinmetz through the company MS Investmets 3 LLC, on May 31, filed a permit application for construction of a 21-unit, 10,137-square-foot residential building at 256 Mount Hope Place in Moshe Steinmetz files plans for 21-unit resi building in Mount Hope, Bronx.

There have been 12 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00746868.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 25 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposing new six-story residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have one dwelling unit. Floors two through six will each have four dwelling units per floor. The building will also have outdoor recreation space.
