Jacob Fulop files plans for 10-unit mixed-use building in Borough Park
Jacob Fulop, on May 31, filed a permit application for construction of a 10-unit, 22,948-square-foot mixed-use building at 5423 15th Avenue in Borough Park, Brooklyn.
There have been 30 new building plans, including these, filed in Borough Park in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 65-foot-tall, six-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00746345.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 60 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: new six-story and cellar, 10-family residence and community facility building.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby and private terrace. Floors two through six will each have two dwelling units per floor. The sixth floor will also have recreation space.

The property was acquired for $4.6 million on February 20, 2019.
