Moshe Katz files plans for 23-unit resi building in Bedford Park
Moshe Katz through Quick Builders LLC, on June 13, filed a permit application for construction of a 23-unit, 15,177-square-foot residential building at 195 East 206th Street in Bedford Park, the Bronx.
There have been 15 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.
The plans call for the construction of a 70-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00754631.
