Steven Westreich files plans to enlarge two-story building to 19 units in Tremont
Steven Westreich of Westorchard Management, on June 13, filed plans for a project to convert a two-unit residential building to a 19-unit residential building building at 50 Clifford Place in Tremont, Bronx.
The plans call for the increase in size of the building from a 15-foot tall, two-story building with two dwelling units to a 55-foot tall, four-story building with 19 dwelling units. This was filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00739669.
The development site spans one tax lot. The lot has a width of 60 feet.
The project is described in the filing as: application filed herewith to propose the following horizontal enlargement at the existing first and second floors, two-story vertical enlargement with a penthouse and bulkhead. Increased dwelling units to 19 and obtain new certificate of occupancy.
Per the plans, floors one and two will each have four dwelling units per floor. Floors three and four will each have five dwelling units per floor, and the penthouse will have one dwelling unit.
