Moses Ostreicher files plans for 23-unit resi building in Concourse Village

Moses Ostreicher, on April 12, filed a permit application for construction of a 23-unit, 7,826-square-foot residential building at 947 Sheridan Avenue in Concourse Village, the Bronx.

These are only the second new building plans filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months. These plans call for the construction of the most dwelling units in the neighborhood over that period.

The plans call for the construction of a 53-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number X00713265.

The development site spans one tax lot. The lot width is 37 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: new four-story and penthouse, 23-dwelling-unit building.

Per the plans, the ground floor will have four dwelling units. Floors two through four will each have six dwelling units per floor. The penthouse will have one dwelling unit. The roof will have recreation space. The building will also have outdoor recreation space.

The property was acquired for $950,000 on March 15, 2022.
