Moses Kupferstein files plans for 66K sf school in Brownsville

Moses Kupferstein, on June 21, filed a permit application for construction of a 66,193-square-foot school building at 486 Thomas S Boyland Street in Brownsville, Brooklyn.

There have been 24 new building plans, including these, filed in the neighborhood in the previous 12 months.

The plans call for the construction of a 60-foot-tall, four-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00716440.

The development site spans multiple tax lots. The lot has a width of 292 feet.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed four-story school building.

Per the plans, all four of the floors will be used for school space. The roof will have recreation space and the cellar will have parking.

The architect listed is Studio Gallos Architecture.
