Moses Kupferstein files plans for 27-unit mixed-use building in Sheepshead Bay
Moses Kupferstein through. BBM Construction Corp., on March 23, filed a permit application for construction of a 27-unit, 38,618-square-foot mixed-use building at 1700 Jerome Avenue in Sheepshead Bay, Brooklyn.
The plan call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, seven-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00693081.
The project is described in the filing as: proposed seven-story mixed-use building 27 dwelling units, general retail and community facility.
Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a residential lobby, recreation space, and parking for 69 cars. The second floor will have retail space and community space. Floors three and four will each have nine dwelling units per floor, the fifth floor will have seven dwelling units, and floors six and seven will each have one dwelling unit.
The architect listed is Studio Gallos.
The property was acquired for $3.5 million on November 5, 2007.
