Morgan Stanley files plans for $25.7M of rehabs in Times Square
Morgan Stanley, on November 2 and 3, filed two plans for $25.7 million in rehab work at their headquarters building at 1585 Broadway in Times Square, Manhattan.
There have been a total of 25 alteration plans, calling for a combined $71.99 million of work, filed at the building so far this year.
The first plans call for $17.6 million of work on floors 23, 34 through 36, and the 38th floor of the 485-foot-tall, 46-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00597134.
The project is described in the filing as: Installation of non bearing partitions and related finishes as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application.
The architect listed is Gensler.

The second plans call for $8.1 million of work on floors 34 through 36 and the 38th floor of the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00597154.
The project is described in the filing as: installation of air conditioning systems and associated duct and piping as per plans filed herewith. No change in use, egress or occupancy under this application.
