Joshua Greenberg files plans for 22-unit resi building in East Williamsburg

Joshua Greenberg through the company 566 Grand Street SPE LLC, on November 3, filed a permit application for construction of a 22-unit, 17,283-square-foot residential building at 566 Grand Street in East Williamsburg, Brooklyn.

The two parcels were purchased last month in separate transactions for a total of $5 million. The estimated job cost is $5,213,760.

The plans call for the construction of a 74-foot-tall, eight-story building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number B00604312. The development site spans two tax lots.

The project is described in the filing as: proposed new eight-story and cellar residential building.

Per the plans, the ground floor of the building will have a lobby, recreation space, and one dwelling unit. Floors two through eight will each have three dwelling units per floor. The cellar will have recreation space.
