Georgetown Company files plans for $17.3M fit-out for Mount Sinai in Clinton
The Georgetown Company, on November 2, filed plans for a $17.3 million fit-out of several floors for the Mount Sinai hospital building at 787 11th Avenue in Clinton, Manhattan.
There have now been $62.3 million worth of alteration plans filed at the building so far this year. Recently, Georgetown filed plans for an $18.1 million fit-out, also for Mount Sinai.
The plans call for work on floors one, six, and eight of the building and were filed with the New York City Department of Buildings under job number M00493718.
The project is described in the filing as: Mount Sinai Health System – first, sixth, and eighth floor fit-out – mechanical modifications according to plans filed herewith. No change to use, egress or occupancy.
The property was acquired for $255.5 million on July 10, 2015.
